Cancellations - Cancellations are not accepted. All sales are FINAL, so please be sure before purchasing! 

Refunds + Returns - I do not accept refunds or returns. All orders are final. I do make sure all products are in perfect condition before shipping. Any possible damages that may have happened during shipping, we are not responsible for.

Shipping -

My processing time is 4 - 21 business days. This is the processing time, NOT shipping time! I try my best to get all orders shipped within a week or so of ordering! If you have any questions regarding shipping time, please email me!

After I ship out your package, it is out of my hands. Unfortunately if your package doesn't arrive, gets stolen, arrives broken, YOU will need to file a claim with the shipping provider. Please email me to let me know, but I am not responsible for any packages once shipped. 

Returned to sender packages: After i receive a package back, i will email you. You can either purchase another shipping label to have it resent. Or you can be refunded for the items. For ALL refunds, there is a 10% restocking fee + processing fee ($0.30 + 3%) charge. So please double check your address & accept the package when it arrives 

If your package is missing an item, please email me within 24 hours of delivery. (Delivery date shown on tracking information). I will be more than happy to refund you for that item or send you out a new one! If emailed after the 24 hours, I am no longer responsible for any missing items!

All claims are final. There are no put back or swaps, so please be final when you claim an item. All invoices are due within 24 hours of receiving, if they are not paid within 24 hours, your items will go to the next person.

I do my absolute best to reuse as much as possible. All the bubble wrap, tissue paper, peanuts, etc are reused. I try to reuse at much packaging supplies as possible to reduce waste!!
